Store Policies

Returns & Exchanges

If you wish to make a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
  1. Contact our customer service department and obtain an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number. Our Returns Department will only be able to accept return packages clearly marked with an RMA number.
  2. Pack and seal your return securely in its original packaging. Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box. Packages must be returned postage paid. We also recommend that you insure all packages since otherwise you will be responsible for any damage during the return shipment. Posh Posada will not accept C.O.D. deliveries.
  3. Ship the product to us, insured, postage paid.
Shipping Policy

Due to carrier restrictions, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, GU, VI or PR addresses. We only ship to addresses in the fifty US states at this time.

We currently offer two shipping options within the United States:

Contiguous US Alaska & Hawaii
1.Standard: 3-8 business days 5-10 business days
2.Expedited: 2-3 business days 4-5 business days

Tracking Your Packages
If you choose an expedited method of shipment you will receive one or more tracking numbers on the confirmation e-mail we send you when your order is shipped. This tracking number can be used to check the status of your package at our shipping carriers' online stores:

Our "Green" Policy

We at Posh Posada are constantly looking for ways to save energy and conserve resources - not only for the sake of efficiency, but also to reduce our impact on our environment.  Here are a few of things that we do to promote Green shipping practices within our business:

 - using eco-friendly packaging like the packaging provided by the United States Postal Service, or purchase packaging made with recycled content

 - combine items into one package when possible

 - purchasing eco-friendly packing materials, like organic packing peanuts

 - reuse boxes, packaging, and packing materials that are sent to us, whether or not they are made of eco-friendly materials, because we believe in getting as much use as possible out of  these items as opposed to automatically dumping them in our landfills.

 - recycle packaging that is sent to us if it is beyond reusability
